(MLV) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                  
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 3(STA)                                                                                 
     "An Act relating to the employment rights of employees in the                                                              
     state who are members of the National Guard of another state,
